Ulcinj is a town of pirates. In this sea area the imperial long boats have sunk. During time, rare objects, amphorae, silverware, antique tools and arms, and precious objects have floated down to the bottom.
Undersea cliffs, wavy sand keep the unimaginable secrets. How about
finding one of these? Would you share the discovered valuables with
us? Or is it a trophy that belongs only to you? What about keeping it
for the rest of your life as a symbol of your greatest adventure?
What you find in Ulcinj`s undersea, really belongs to you it is the
wealth of friendship and a pearl of human love. These goods are
always shared. You don’t happen to dive in Ulcinj`s undersea every
day just as the new friendship does not happen every day.

RULES OF DIVING AND FISHING
Each diver in territory of Montenegro must have a valid diving
license. These licenses are issued by the Divers training. Undersea
mine removing and Sea Control Center, can be obtained with us.
They are issued solely to those in possession of a valid diving license.
Along with your diver’s license you get accurate and updated
information on diving ban sites.
Organized diving authorized sites, important emergency phone numbers, as well as other relevant
information deriving from the rules and legislature.
Organized or individual diving in the Republic of Montenegro are
conducted through public and private units in possession of authorization for undersea activities (divers training, divers camps and trips organization, etc) and registration certificate issued by the competent body of the Republic.
The maximum allowed of sport and hobby diving is up to 40 meters.

Undersea archaeology (meeting the past – immerse yourself and explore) the dynamic past Ulcinj has left the town with a vast amount of cultural monuments.
However, very few people know that within easy reach of Ulcinj is an entire town under the sea. It was called „Oleotopolis“, which was hidden by an earthquake from various barbarians.
The town was seen on the maps of the Ancient Rome, but today it can be only seen by divers!.
You have heard of pirates! Yes, Ulcinj is known as the town of pirates. Where have they hidden their treasure? Club D`Olcinium takes you to a brief voyage into past which can be seen only by divers! All we need is your good will and the diver’s license.

Near to our club, are the „TURBE“(graves) of two sehids (saints) who died during the town defence against the Venetians... On a military map there is a strategy of how to attack this town.
Historians have written that at this occasion several Venetian boats have found their eternal port in the seas of this town. Would you like going out and find them? - Ships (Venecian attack map) - Italian submarine W4.
