It boasts stunning views of the bay from the bedrooms, living room and more importantly, from the large private terrace/balcony from which you can see virtually all of the Kotor Bay.

It has a security main door, has own parking place and it is finished and furnished to a high standard.

The apartment itself is 80sq m, fully double glazed with shutters and is air conditioned.

The lounge/dining room is very spacious and comfortable, the kitchen has everything you would need, oven, hob, fridge/freezer right down to the bottle opener! and the bathroom has a bath, shower sink and toilet.

The large balcony has a table and 6 chairs and is accessible from virtually any room in the apartment. Its the perfect place for having a romantic meal and to watch the sun going down with a glass of wine or two !

 

74029_1.jpg The apartment is a five to ten minute walk to the famous superb old town of Kotor which is definitely the place to visit for morning coffee, lunch or the bustling atmosphere of the evening time.

Its a 2 min walk from the apartment to the waters edge where you can either stroll into Kotor or head the opposite way to Dobrota village. Both ways you will pass shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.


If you have hired a car, a 15 min drive either way you will pass no end of fascinating towns and villages, all of which are worth stopping for.

A 20-25 min drive through the mountain pass or next to the waters edge will bring you to the coast where you will find some lovely towns and beaches.

There are really to many nice places to mention but you can plan your day with the Montenegro tourist guide book which you will find in the apartment.

sleeps maximum of 6 people Bedroom 1 - 1 Extra Lg. Double Bed Bedroom 2 - 2 Single Bed Bedroom one has a large king size bed. Bedroom two has two single beds.

Each bedroom has its own door out onto the terrace.
There is ample wardrobe space for the two bedrooms. The lounge has a metal action sofa which pulls out into a large double bed if needed

Linen provided, air-conditioning, central heating, towels provided.

A deposit of £100 will be required when booking your dates. The balance will be required 6 weeks prior to your rental period. Any later than this and we reserve the right to re advertise the apartment and your deposit may not be refunded.

A refundable security deposit of £100 will also be required with the final payment. If there is any damage, the cost will be taken out of this deposit.(this is something that we never have and hope never will have to use).
If everything is OK, it will be fully refunded in a timely manner.

Prices are quoted in GBP, the equivalent in EUROS will be accepted. CHILDREN are not a problem and welcomed as long as the parents realise that it is a penthouse, meaning 4 floors up!
Smoking is acceptable as long as its on the balcony and not in the apartment please.

All clean bed linen and towels are provided. The only thing we ask you to bring is towels for the beach/swimming.Balcony, parking, terrace, 6 garden chairs.

Please note, minimal rental nights apply.
