Set in a peaceful location with unbeatable views of the sea, forest and mountains.
Herceg Novi is a small, beautiful old town with everything you need. The area in front of the house is a protected National Park.
Completely renovated in 2006. The property has absolute stunning sea, forest and mountain views across Herceg Novi and Boka Bay. It is located a ½hr drive from Dubrovnik airport.
The house has been equipped with new modern furniture between January and April 2006. Satellite TV, DVD player, radio, books, magazines, various Cd's, numerous DVDs and board games.

Suscepan is a small, quiet village with 20-30 houses in the hill, with spectacular views over the sea, and a beautiful backdrop of mountains. 5 - 10 minutes drive to Herceg Novi town, 5 minutes drive to the sea front.
